Computer to read people's mind

Recently I read about an article about a new PC which can read people’s mind. Yes you read it correctly it can read your time. The PC has been trained to read people’s minds by looking at brain scans as they thought about specific words. So the PC can only read your mind while you are thinking of certain words. I guess this can be taken ahead so that we can read the peoples mind and see what they are thinking about. It may lead to understanding of how the brain stores information.
